Constructed to link the surrounding atrium floors, these flying oak steps stand a centrepiece to this home in the countryside, visually opening up the interior through the ingenious use of toughened glass stringers. The stringers alone support the suspended oak steps, which conceal their steel fixings with oak claddings at their sides to produce the illusion of a frameless look.
